Sofitel Hotel Wellington

A large refurbishment of this existing building on Bolton Street has been completed by Dominion Constructors. With an extra 5 floors added to the existing structure, the building is now the Sofitel Hotel, the plumbing reticulation has been installed using UPG’s Dynatherm PP-RCT pipe system. SIzes ranged from 25mm to 110mm mains for some of the risers. The Stream HDPE Drainage system has also been used on this site for the greasy waste lines running to the grease trap.
